The Community Water Improvement Programme

The Community Water Improvement Programme (CWIP) is a short-term programme of works which is intended to address service delivery shortfalls within communities throughout Trinidad. This is achieved via booster refurbishment, as well as the installation of new pipelines, boosters, storage tanks and reservoirs.

Upon completion of their respective projects, approximately 87,000 residents in areas such as Penal, Siparia, Champs Fleurs, and Diego Martin, will benefit from an improved water supply.
