- Provision of electricity (via the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission – T&TEC)
- Postal Services (via the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation – TTPOST)
- Telephone and internet infrastructure and connectivity (via the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago – TSTT)
- Meteorological Services (via the Meteorological Services Division – MET)
- Recycling (via the Trinidad and Tobago Solid Waste Management Company Limited – SWMCOL)
- Water (via the Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago – WASA)
- Water resources Management (via the Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago – WASA)
- Waste Water Management (via the Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago – WASA)
- Waste Management (via the Trinidad and Tobago Solid Waste Management Company Limited – SWMCOL)
- Security (via the National Maintenance Training and Security Company Limited – MTS)
