Teluss Presentation

The TELUSS initiative was officially launched at the Ministry of Public Utilities Head Office on November 20th 2019. The acronym TELUSS means Terminal for Electronic User Satisfaction Surveys. It is a customer satisfaction application designed to give feedback on the service rendered at the Ministry’s service centre locations across the country.
TELUSS a feedback system designed to enable each agency and the Ministry to better appreciate how their customers feel about the levels of service offered at the various service centres. This feedback will provide the basis for improvements in the customer interaction experience at all our agencies.
The TELUSS application is aimed at monitoring the quality of service received by utility customers at the various utility service centres. The application can be accessed on an easy-to-use tablet located at each utility service centre.
Customers should submit their feedback on the tablet devices every time they visit the Ministry of Public Utilities or any agency service centre.
